ANICE

Il corso è destinato agli specialisti in Epatologia Malattie Infettive, Gastroenterologia, Oncologia, Radiologia,
Le tecniche ecografiche sono presidi diagnostici indispensabili nella valutazione del paziente cirrotico, e sempre più spesso utilizzate in ambito clinico, direttamente dall’Epatologo e dal Gastroenterologo, anche come guida alle terapie loco-regionali.
Questo approccio permette un monitoraggio molto più preciso e puntuale dell’evoluzione della malattia cirrotica. Inoltre, rende il clinico più consapevole dell’utilità delle tecniche di imaging e gli consente di aprire un colloquio con il Radiologo che utilizza tecniche più sensibili e specifiche ma meno immediatamente fruibili. Questo scambio “culturale” riduce i tempi di diagnosi e ottimizza l’utilizzazione delle risorse umane e tecnologiche disponibili.
OBIETTIVI DEL CORSO:
acquisizione delle conoscenze sugli aspetti tecnici, la fisica, le tecnologie, le indicazioni, le applicazioni diagnostiche e terapeutiche dell’ecografia, eco-color-doppler ed ecografia con m.d.c. nella gestione della Cirrosi Epatica.
Seguiranno esercitazioni pratiche che si terranno presso l’Unità di EPATOLOGIA ed ECOGRAFIA INTERVENTISTICA dell’Ospedale S.Giovanni di Dio – Frattamaggiore (NA) in date concordate con la segreteria ANICE
Il calendario delle esercitazioni, in gruppi di 5 allievi, sarà stabilito sulla base delle richieste dei singoli discenti e sulla disponibilità dei docenti (Prof. L.Tarantino – Dr.I.Sordelli- Dr. A. Schiano).
Per gli allievi che desiderano incrementare la frequenza alle esercitazioni pratiche, è possibile, la frequenza in date diverse da quelle dei corsi prestabilite previo accordo con il Direttore del corso
